A May 31 article in the Dispatch Home section explains the Park of Roses Foundation’s decision to discontinue the Stop and Smell the Roses event held since 2015. “It’s a four season garden, really,” said Nancy Walsh, development officer for the Park of Roses Foundation. The group supports the park both financially and through the volunteer program.
